Robert Fazio DPT
Rob Fazio, a native of Long Island, has over twenty years of experience rehabilitating sports and orthopedic injuries. He received his Bachelor of Science in Physical Education/Athletic Training from Long Island University, CW Post campus. He continued his post-graduate studies at SUNY Stony Brook where he received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Rob has worked as a Director of Rehabilitation for NY Physical Therapy and Wellness for the past nine years.Dr. Fazio is currently the director in our Smithtown location.He lives in Huntington with his wife and four sons.He enjoys spending his spare time with his family and cheering on his boys either on a baseball field or a hockey rink.
